Lip Fillers Aftercare
It is forbidden to take iron tablets, folic acid, vitamins, zinc, blood thinners (aspirin, etc.) from 3 to 5 days before the filler injection.
Nsaid painkillers (gelofen, ibuprofen, naproxon, novafen, etc.) are prohibited.
If you need painkillers, you are only allowed to take acetaminophen.
If you have a history of herpes, from 2 to 3 days before and up to 3 to 5 days after lip filler injection, take Virabex 500 every 12 hours.
Avoid drinking alcohol for at least 5 days before the injection.
In case of not following pre injection cares it will cause more bleeding, bruising and swelling after injection and due to excessive blood flow to the lips, a clot may form during the injection.
This clot makes injection symmetry difficult and the desired result will not be achieved.
So, for the best result, be sure to follow the above pre care injection.
